报告１例罕见的原发性脑膜黑色素瘤伴皮肤巨大色素痣，并对该瘤进行了组织病理学观察，同时也对该病的临床病理诊断与鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
One case of rare primary meningeal melanoma associated with immense pigmented nevus was reported and histopathological observation of the tumor was performed. Clinical pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease were also discussed.
