采用大鼠阿霉素性肾病模型动态观察不同病期大鼠血压、肾皮质血流、血、肾内皮素及24h尿蛋白量变化,结果:肾皮质内皮素升高发生在尿蛋白升高之前,随内皮素的升高,尿蛋白分泌量也随之增高,两者显著相关。内皮素尚可导致肾皮质血流的减少,在蛋白尿高峰期及高峰期后,减少的肾皮质血流可加重尿蛋白的发展,两者呈显著负相关。结论:肾皮质内皮素异常增加是导致产生蛋白尿的机理之一。
Rat adriamycin nephropathy model was used to dynamically observe the changes of blood pressure, renal cortical blood flow, blood, renal endothelin and 24-hour urinary protein in different stages. Results: The increase of renal cortex endothelin occurred before the increase of urinary protein , With the increase of endothelin, urinary protein secretion also increased, the two were significantly related. Endothelin can still lead to a decrease in renal cortical blood flow. Decreased renal cortical blood flow may exacerbate the development of urinary protein during the peak and peak periods of proteinuria, with a significant negative correlation. Conclusion: The abnormal increase of renal cortical endothelin is one of the mechanisms leading to proteinuria.
