采用X射线衍射法研究了RuO_2-SnO_2混合金属氧化物电极的相结构和晶格参数.结果表明:RuO_2和SnO_2形成了具有金红石型结构的固溶体.但与RuO_2-TiO_2电极比较,晶粒较为细小,因此涂层较致密.采用循环伏安法研究了电极的活性表面(q~*),结果显示,RuO_2-SnO_2电极具有较小的电极外表面和较大的电极内表面.上述结果有助于说明RuO_2-SnO_2电极稳定性提高的原因,同时也由于形成了更稳定的RuO_2-SnO_2化合物.
The phase structure and lattice parameters of RuO_2-SnO_2 mixed metal oxide electrode were studied by X-ray diffraction. The results show that RuO 2 and SnO 2 form a solid solution with rutile structure. However, compared with the RuO_2-TiO_2 electrode, the grains are smaller and the coating is denser. Cyclic voltammetry was used to study the active surface (q ~ *) of the electrode. The results showed that the RuO_2-SnO_2 electrode has a smaller electrode outer surface and a larger electrode inner surface. The above results help to explain the reasons for the increase of the stability of the RuO_2-SnO_2 electrode and also the formation of a more stable RuO_2-SnO_2 compound.
