本文用滚子试样研究了碳氮共渗层不同级别残余奥氏体与接触疲劳寿命的关系。试验结果表明,在20CrMnTi碳氮共渗层中5~5.5级残余奥氏体接触疲劳寿命最高。材料的洁净度对接触疲劳性能有较大的影响。文中对接触疲劳破坏的断口形貌、裂纹萌生部位及残余奥氏体的作用等进行了必要的讨论。
In this paper, the relationship between the residual austenite and the contact fatigue life at different levels of carbonitrided layer was studied by roller test. The experimental results show that the contact fatigue life of the retained austenite with grade 5 ~ 5.5 in 20CrMnTi carbonitriding layer is the highest. Material cleanliness has a greater impact on contact fatigue performance. The article discusses the fracture appearance, the initiation of crack and the function of retained austenite under the contact fatigue failure.
