目的:测定正常成人的肺弥散能力(DL)、肺泡毛细血管膜弥散能力(Dm)及肺毛细血管床容量(Vc),计算与年龄、身高、体重相关的回归方程;研究年龄对于DL特别是对Dm、Vc的影响以及后三者之间的关系。方法:单次呼吸法测定DLCO,测定不同吸入气氧分压下的DLCO,采用Roughton和Foster方法计算Dm和Vc。结果:年龄与DL、Dm、Vc呈中度或高度负相关,DL与Dm和Vc、VA与DL、Dm和Vc中度或高度正相关;DL、Dm在40岁以后开始降低,Vc在50岁以后开始降低;在各年龄组DL、Dm和Vc的回归方程中,身高和/或年龄为进入公式的主要变量。结论:(1)年龄与Dm、Vc呈线性负相关;(2)Dm在40岁以后开始降低,Vc减少发生在50岁以后;(3)DL在40岁以后随年龄增加而减少主要是由于Dm、Vc的降低所引起;(4)Dm、Vc的减少与VA随年龄变化有关;(5)身高和/或年龄是Dm、Vc回归方程的主要变量
OBJECTIVE: To determine the lung dispersibility (DL), alveolar capillary membrane diffusivity (Dm), and pulmonary capillary bed volume (Vc) in normal adults and to calculate regression equations related to age, height and weight. The impact on Dm, Vc and the relationship between the latter three. Methods: Single breath method was used to determine DLCO, DLCO was measured under different partial pressure of oxygen inhalation, and Roughton and Foster methods were used to calculate Dm and Vc. Results: There was a moderate or highly negative correlation between age and DL, Dm and Vc. There was a positive or moderate positive correlation between DL and Dm and Vc, VA and DL, Dm and Vc.
