毛泽东创立建立新中国理论历时近22年。本文以毛泽东制定的中国革命大战略转变中的时间节点为界碑,划分瑞金、延安、西柏坡三个红色地标时段,对不同时段建立新中国理论内容作一梳理。瑞金时段:创立农村包围城市、武装夺取政权道路,创建新型人民军队,初步创立治国安民艺术的群众路线和思想路线。延安时段:建立新民主主义共和国构想,初步设计新民主主义共和国的国体和政体,明确未来国家的指导思想,明确提出了新民主主义文化的方针,建设一支站在人民立场上的军队,确立治国安民艺术路线方针的科学内涵,设定两种联合政府方案。西柏坡时段:创立人民共和国的一项立国的国体制度,确立三项立国的基本制度,确定四项立国的基本原则,规定七项立国方针政策;确立建立新中国理论工程两条始终坚持的根本指针。系统梳理以独具东方大国国情特色的国体政体制度为核心内容的建立新中国理论,对丰富毛泽东思想体系内容,深刻领会中国特色社会主义道路、理论体系和基本制度是有裨益的。
Mao Zedong founded the establishment of New China Theory for nearly 22 years. This paper takes the time node in the transformation of the strategy of the Chinese revolution made by Mao Zedong as the boundary marker, divides the three red landmark periods of Ruijin, Yan’an and Xibaipo into one, combs the theoretical content of establishing New China in different periods. During the Ruijin period, the establishment of a rural encircled city, the armed seizure of power, the establishment of a new type of people’s army and the establishment of a mass line and ideological line for the primary purpose of governing the country and the safety of the people. Yan’an Time: Establish the concept of a new democratic republic, preliminarily design the state body and political system of the new democratic republic, clarify the guiding ideology of the country in the future, clearly set forth the principle of a new democratic culture, establish an army that stands on the people’s standpoint, and establish The scientific connotation of governing the country in accordance with the principle of national peace and art and setting two kinds of joint government programs. Xibaipo period: the founding of the People’s Republic of China as a nation-state system, the establishment of the three basic principles for establishing the nation, to determine the basic principles of the four founding countries, provides for the establishment of the principle of establishing the country; establish the founding of the New China Theory and Engineering, two always adhere to the fundamental pointer. To systematically sort out the New China Theory with the core of the state system of the unique national power of the East powers as its core content is beneficial to enriching the content of Mao Zedong Thought System and deeply understanding the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and its theoretical system and basic system.
