新课程实施过程中遭遇学校传统制度文化强烈排斥的现象,让课程理论工作者开始思索课程新文化与学校传统文化间存在的文化冲突、文化整合的问题。本文审视了学校传统制度文化与新课改理念之间的矛盾不兼容性,并进一步提出了重构学校传统制度文化的设想和举措。
During the implementation of the new curriculum, the phenomenon that the traditional institutional culture in the school is strongly excluded excludes the curriculum theoretical workers from thinking about the cultural conflict and cultural integration existing between the new curriculum culture and the traditional school culture. This paper examines the contradictory incompatibilities between the traditional institutional culture of the school and the concept of the new curriculum reform and further proposes the ideas and measures for reconstructing the traditional institutional culture of the school.
