采用多普勒超声心动图测量了21例扩张性心肌病(DCM)儿童与20例正常对照儿童的二尖瓣多普勒充盈参数。结果显示,与正常对照组儿童相比,DCM组患儿中,18例(85.7%)表现为E峰最大速度(E)、E峰与A峰最大速度之比(E/A)均减低(P<0.05),E峰减速时间(DTE)延长(P<0.01);3例(14.3%)表现为E增大,E/A>2,DTE明显缩短,其心功能均为NYHA Ⅲ级。结果表明,DCM组患儿均存在左心舒张功能障碍,多数为松弛功能障碍,少数为限制性充盈异常,后者预后差。
Doppler echocardiography was used to measure mitral Doppler filling parameters in 21 children with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and 20 children with normal controls. The results showed that 18 (85.7%) of the children in the DCM group showed the highest peak E velocity (E) and the lower peak E velocity (E / A) ratio compared with the normal control group (P <0.05), prolongation of E peak decelerating time (DTE) (P <0.01). In 3 cases (14.3%), E increased, E / A> 2 and DTE shortened significantly. The results showed that there were left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in DCM group, the majority were relaxation dysfunction, a few were limited filling abnormalities, the latter had poor prognosis.
