利用SSR标记研究50份糯玉米自交系的遗传变异,从40对核心引物中筛选出扩增条带清晰、稳定性和多态性好的18对引物,在50份糯玉米自交系中检测出87个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因3~7个,平均4.83个;每对SSR引物的多态信息量(PIC)为0.211~0.759,平均0.584。利用UPGMA聚类分析方法把50份供试糯玉米自交系分为4个类群,其划分结果与系谱分析基本一致。分别测定了50份糯玉米自交系子粒中蛋白质、淀粉、水分、脂肪和游离氨基酸的含量,结果表明:糯玉米子粒营养成分含量各不相同,游离氨基酸变异系数最大,淀粉变异系数最小,具有丰富的遗传多样性。基于50份自交系的品质性状数据,利用SPSS分析软件中平方欧式距离聚类分析方法进行聚类,结果划分为2个大类,4个亚类,类群之间具有较大差异。
The SSR markers were used to study the genetic variation of 50 waxy maize inbred lines. Among the 40 pairs of core primers, 18 pairs of primers with clear, stable and polymorphic bands were screened out. Among 50 waxy maize inbred lines Eighty-seven alleles were detected. Each pair of primers detected alleles ranging from 3 to 7 with an average of 4.83. The polymorphic information (PIC) of each pair of SSR primers ranged from 0.211 to 0.759 with an average of 0.584. UPGMA cluster analysis was used to divide 50 tested inbred lines of waxy maize into four groups, and the results were basically the same as the pedigree analysis. The contents of protein, starch, water, fat and free amino acids of 50 waxy maize inbred lines were determined respectively. The results showed that the contents of free amino acids were the largest, the coefficients of variation of free amino acids were the smallest, Rich genetic diversity. Based on the data of quality traits of 50 inbred lines, the results were divided into 2 categories and 4 sub-categories based on the squared Euclidean distance clustering analysis method using SPSS software. There were significant differences among the groups.
