目的:将FISH技术与传统的细胞遗传性检测有机结合起来,提高产前诊断的准确率和成功率。方法 :对8例有高危因素的患者进行FISH技术结合绒毛染色体培养分析的产前诊断。结果:1例绒毛染色体分析未见分裂相,1例绒毛染色体偶见5号染色体断裂,另外6例绒毛染色体分析与FISH技术检测结果完全一致。结论:绒毛染色体细胞遗传学检测结合FISH技术形成互补,是一种值得推广的产前诊断方法。
Objective: To combine FISH technique with traditional cytogenetic detection to improve the accuracy and success rate of prenatal diagnosis. Methods: Prenatal diagnosis of 8 cases of patients with high risk factors by FISH technique combined with chorionic villi culture analysis. Results: There was no cleavage phase in one case of chorionic villi. One case of chorionic chromosome was found to have cleavage on chromosome 5, and the other 6 cases of chorionic villi were exactly the same as FISH. Conclusion: Chromosome cytogenetic detection combined with FISH technology to form complementary, is a worthy promotion of prenatal diagnosis.
