A U.S. study shows that exercise can make people smarter. Even having a 75 minute walk a week is enough to improve your simple attention and visual space capabilities. Researchers called 101 volunteers over the age of 65. They all have unwell habits of bad habits. The researchers divided them into three groups and asked them to walk for 75 minutes (about 11 minutes a day), 150 minutes (about 24 minutes a day), and 225 minutes
