目的探讨长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作者的细胞遗传学影响。了解放射工作人员的身体状况,并适时提出防护要求。方法用微量全血培养法对全市县、区级医院及相关单位258名放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率进行了检测。结果 258例放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞的微核率均小于6‰,在正常范围。结论长期低剂量电离辐射会损伤人体细胞遗传物质,工作在第一线的职业放射性工作人员应注意个人的辐射防护。
Objective To investigate the cytogenetic effects of long-term low-dose ionizing radiation on radiation workers. Understand the physical condition of radiation workers, and put forward protection requirements as soon as possible. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate of 258 radiographers in county, district-level hospitals and related units was detected by micro-whole blood culture method. Results The micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 258 radiological workers were all less than 6 ‰, which was within the normal range. Conclusion Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation can damage the genetic material of human cells. Professional radiation workers working in the first line should pay attention to personal radiation protection.
