研究了不同紫花苜蓿品种不同处理方式接种根瘤菌的效应。结果表明,接种匹配的根瘤菌能显著提高紫花苜蓿的结瘤量和结瘤率;对植株粗蛋白含量的提高作用不大,但能有效提高紫花苜蓿的生物学产量和粗蛋白的产量;与植株根部氮含量虽有一定相关性,但相关程度不高;并且根瘤菌直接拌种后下播的处理比根瘤菌拌土后再播种的效果要好。
The effects of different inoculation methods on Rhizobia were studied. The results showed that inoculation of rhizobia could significantly increase the nodulation and nodulation rate of alfalfa, but had little effect on the increase of crude protein content of alfalfa, but could effectively increase the biological yield and crude protein yield of alfalfa. Although the root nitrogen content of plants has a certain correlation, but the degree of correlation is not high; and Rhizobium directly after seed dressing treatment than rhizobium mixed soil sowing effect is better.
