目的:对络石藤地上部分化学成分进行研究。方法:运用多种色谱方法分离化合物,并采用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。此外,测定了化合物1对HepG2和HL-60的细胞毒活性。结果:从络石藤地上部分分离得到5个苷类化合物:3’,7-二甲氧基异黄酮-4’,5-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),络石苷(2),去甲络石苷元5’-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),木犀草素-4’-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(4),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,对HepG2和HL-60的细胞毒活性显示其IC50为131.5和58.2μmol·L1。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the aboveground part of Stone Stone. Methods: Compounds were isolated using a variety of chromatographic methods and the structures of the compounds were identified using modern spectroscopic techniques. In addition, the cytotoxic activity of compound 1 on HepG2 and HL-60 was determined. Results: Five glycosides were isolated from the aerial part of Trachelospermi ramosissima: 3 ’, 7-dimethoxyisoflavone-4’, 5-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) (3), luteolin-4’-O-β-D-rutinoside (4), luteolin- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound and its cytotoxic activity against HepG2 and HL-60 is 131.5 and 58.2 μmol·L1, respectively.
