目的 :对甲康Ⅰ号口服液药效学及临床疗效进行研究。方法 :采用甲状腺机能亢进动物模型 ,用甲巯基咪唑、生理盐水与甲康Ⅰ号作药效学对比观察 ;采用双肓法治疗205例甲亢患者。结果 :甲康Ⅰ号具有明显降低大鼠T3、T4 和升高TSH作用 ;临床治疗甲亢患者亦有降低T3、T4 和升高TSH作用 ,与对照组比较 ,P<0 05 ,能明显改善临床症状 ,且未发现明显不良反应。结论 :本文所建甲亢动物模型适用于甲康Ⅰ号药效学观察 ;甲康Ⅰ号对甲亢患者有较好的临床疗效
Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics and clinical efficacy of Jiakang I oral solution. Methods: The animal model of hyperthyroidism was used. Methylmercapazole, physiological saline and Jiakang Ⅰ were compared for pharmacodynamics. 205 cases of hyperthyroidism were treated by Shuangqi treatment. Results: Jiakang I could significantly reduce the effects of T3, T4 and increase TSH in rats. The patients with hyperthyroidism also had the effects of reducing T3, T4 and increasing TSH. Compared with the control group, P <0.05, Symptoms, and no significant adverse reactions were found. Conclusion: The animal model of hyperthyroidism established in this paper is suitable for the observation of pharmacodynamics of Jiakang Ⅰ. Jiakang Ⅰ has better clinical effect on hyperthyroidism
