一、前言目前,因内研究得较多的是以氦-氖激光器作光源的激光印字机的感光鼓,其光谱波长为6328埃;但是,对于波长在红外光区的半导体激光器作光源的感光鼓的研究还不普遍。作为电子计算机输出没备的激光印字机,对感光鼓除了在灵敏度、响应速率、充放电性能等方面提出要求外,还要求其寿命长、能多次重复使用,以满足电子计算机高速运算的特点。用氦-氖激光器作光源的激光印字机体积庞大,激光器的寿命也不长,而用半导体激光器作光源则无此问题。
