本文用数学方法研究了柴油机活塞顶面上油膜蒸发的一般规律.即利用数值分析 技术在计其机上求解描述活塞顶面上油膜蒸发的微分方程组.首先建立了一个非稳定 的油膜蒸发的数学模型,它由喷在活塞顶面上的油膜的加热和蒸发的微分方程组成。 然后计算出了不同参数值下的作为非稳定的耦合的传热和传质问题的油膜蒸发过程. 并对计算结果进行了较详细的理论分析.计算值在数量级上和变化趋势上基本上与实 测得到的结果吻合。
In this paper, the general law of oil film evaporation on the piston piston top surface is studied mathematically. That is, the differential equations describing the evaporation of the oil film on the piston top surface are solved by using numerical analysis technique. First, an unsteady mathematical model of oil film evaporation is established, which consists of differential equations of heating and evaporation of the oil film sprayed on the top of the piston. Then, the evaporation process of oil film as a problem of heat transfer and mass transfer with unstable parameters under different parameters is calculated. The calculation results are analyzed in detail. The calculated values are basically consistent with the measured results on the order of magnitude and trend.
