一、概述东平湖水库是黄河下游的重要分滞洪区,它是解决黄河、汶河洪水对山东黄河下游威胁的关键工程,承担着“确保省会济南,确保津浦铁路,确保胜利油田,确保下游两岸人民生命财产安全”的重要防洪任务。在黄河下游防洪运用调度中,它是运用机遇最大,运用频率最高的分滞洪区。既使小浪底水库发挥作用后,在防御黄河下游超标准洪水运用中它仍然具有不可替代的作用。东平湖水库现有面积为627km~2,以二级湖堤为界,分为新、老两个湖
I. Overview Dongpinghu Reservoir is an important flood detention basin in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. It is a key project to solve the threat of the Yellow River and Wenchuan rivers to the lower reaches of the Yellow River in Shandong Province. It undertakes “ensuring the provincial capital Jinan, ensuring Jinpu Railway, ensuring Shengli Oilfield, People’s lives and property across the Strait ”important flood control tasks. Flood control operation in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, it is the use of the most opportunities, the highest frequency of stagnant flood zone. Even after the Xiaolangdi Reservoir has played its role, it still plays an irreplaceable role in preventing over-standard floods in the lower Yellow River.
