自我国改革开放以来,政治、经济、社会、文化等多方面共同发展,国家的各项工作开展得如火如荼。面对经济突飞猛进的发展,企业发展经济的同时,应当将如何做好职工思想政治教育当做企业管理者一项重要的工作。当前是知识经济化、信息化社会,只有做好职工思想政治教育,才能做到顺应时代发展,帮助企业不断完善自身,促进企业的健康稳定发展,进而保障社会和谐。本文就通过分析职工思想政治教育的必要性,结合个人经验,展开做好职工思想政治教育工作的探讨。 Since the reform and opening up of our country, the political, economic, social and cultural fields have enjoyed common development in various fields and various tasks in the country have been carried out in full swing. Faced with the rapid economic development, while developing economy, enterprises should regard how to do a good job ideological and political education as an important task for business managers. At present, it is a knowledge-based economy and an information-oriented society. Only by doing a good job of ideological and political education among staff and workers can we comply with the development of the times, help enterprises to continuously improve themselves, and promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises so as to ensure social harmony. In this paper, by analyzing the necessity of ideological and political education for employees and combining with personal experience, this paper probes into the ideological and political education of staff and workers.
