在实验上实现了连续(CW)锁模激光泵浦的内腔光学参量振荡器(OPO)的运转,并得到中红外闲频光的输出。实验中采用的腔型、腔镜位置和腔长等参数是在考虑稳定腔条件的基础上通过ABCD矩阵计算确定,同时匹配OPO腔和基频激光谐振腔的腔长来满足同步泵浦条件。首先测量了没有OPO振荡情况下的半导体饱和吸收镜(SESAM)锁模激光的输出波形,并找到稳定连续锁模运转的阈值;其次测量了内腔OPO的闲频光、信号光和基频光的输出功率、输出波形、重复频率及脉冲宽度等参数,并通过测量信号光和基频光的光谱来确定中红外闲频光的输出中心波长在3.3μm。
The operation of a continuous mode (CW) mode-locked cavity optical parametric oscillator (OPO) is experimentally achieved and the output of mid-IR idler light is obtained. The parameters of cavity type, cavity position and cavity length used in the experiment were calculated by ABCD matrix based on the condition of stable cavity, and matched the cavity length of OPO cavity and fundamental laser cavity to meet the synchronous pumping conditions. First, the output waveform of mode-locked laser with SOSAM without OPO oscillation was measured and the threshold of stable mode-locked operation was found.
