用1.06μm的光泵浦国产Er3+/Yb3+双掺光纤的超荧光实验,测量到μW量级的1.55μm超荧光,证明实现了Yb3+→Er3+的能量转移,为用国产Er3+/Yb3+双掺光纤研制光纤功率放大器提供了实验依据.
The ultrafluorescence experiment of domestic Er3 + / Yb3 + double-doped fiber with pump of 1.06μm was measured, and the superfluorescence of 1.55μm in the order of μW was measured. It proved that the energy transfer of Yb3 + → Er3 + Optical fiber developed optical power amplifier provides experimental basis.
