现代竞技训练表明,心理素质训练已成为运动训练的重要因素之一,心理能力是发挥身体能力和技术、战术能力的保证。田径运动员动员想在重大比赛中取得优异成绩,除了不断提高竞技水平以外,还必须从情感、意志、自信心、挫折承受能力等方面去塑造自己的心理素质,为了提高田径运动员的心理素质,本文从强化运动员的情感教育、培养运动员的顽强意志和挫折承受能力来探讨提高田径运动员心理品质的方法。
Modern competitive training shows that psychological quality training has become an important factor in sports training. Psychological ability is the guarantee of physical ability and technical and tactical ability. In order to improve the psychological quality of track and field athletes, track and field athletes want to achieve excellent results in major competitions. In addition to constantly improving their competitive level, track and field athletes must also shape their psychological qualities from the aspects of emotion, will, confidence and frustration. This paper discusses ways to improve the psychological quality of track and field athletes by strengthening the emotional education of athletes, training the athletes’ tenacious will and frustration tolerance.
