对本省5个甘薯推广品种茎尖菜用价值进行研究表明,甘薯茎尖3次采摘总量折亩产260~610kg。茎尖蛋白质含量与芹菜、菠菜、蕹菜相当,是苋菜和大白菜的16~2倍;维生素C含量与蕹菜相当,比芹菜和大白菜高1倍以上。适用品种口感嫩滑,食味清香。品种间综合评价,以鲁薯7号和北京553为较好的菜用品种。甘薯采摘茎尖后,块根产量有所降低,但总经济效益明显提高。
Studies on the value of the promotion of five sweet potato cultivars in the province showed that the total yield per head of sweet potato stems was 260 ~ 610kg per mu. After the sweet potato picking the shoot tip, the root yield decreased, but the total economic benefits improved significantly.
