旋耕起垄机是一种广泛应用于蔬菜、花卉等经济作物种植中的多功能农机具,能一次完成碎土旋耕、整地起垄的作业任务。旋耕起垄机的刀片在耕作过程中除了具有碎土作用外还必须能够推土成垄,因此其受力要比普通旋耕机刀片的受力要大,目前还缺少有效的强度设计方法,基本上是采用经验设计或类比设计的方法来进行。为此,使用ANSYS软件对某小型旋耕起垄机的刀片进行了分析研究,通过有限元模型及仿真计算,得到了刀片的应力分布情况、危险截面区域及强度条件,对起垄刀片的设计有一定的借鉴意义。
