目的探讨高渗醋酸钠/右旋糖酐(HAD)对创伤失血性休克兔肝脏血液灌注及氧供、氧耗和氧摄取率的影响。方法对家兔剖腹加放血制作创伤失血性休克模型 ,随机分为生理盐水(NS)对照组和HAD复苏组 ,每组6只 ,测定肝动脉、门静脉血流量及肝组织的氧供、氧耗和氧摄取率。结果在复苏后30、60和120min ,HAD组的肝动脉、门静脉血流量及肝氧供、氧耗均明显高于NS组。结论HAD用于复苏创伤失血性休克动物 ,可明显改善肝脏的血液灌注及氧代谢。
Objective To investigate the effect of hypertonic sodium acetate / dextran (HAD) on hepatic blood perfusion, oxygen supply, oxygen consumption and oxygen uptake in traumatic hemorrhagic shock rabbits. Methods The model of traumatic hemorrhagic shock was made by intraperitoneal injection of cesarean section and randomly divided into normal saline (NS) control group and HAD recovery group, with 6 rats in each group. The hepatic artery and portal vein blood flow and oxygen supply and oxygen consumption And oxygen uptake rate. Results At 30, 60 and 120 min after resuscitation, the hepatic artery, portal vein blood flow and hepatic oxygen supply and oxygen consumption in HAD group were significantly higher than those in NS group. Conclusions HAD can be used to revitalize traumatic hemorrhagic shock animals and significantly improve hepatic blood perfusion and oxygen metabolism.
