在新课标的理念指引下,一些差异教学的形式受到挑战,争论的焦点是教师是否关注了学生的情感与态度。新课标提出了知识技能、过程与方法、情感态度价值观三个领域的目标,站在这样的角度来反思我们习惯上采取的一些差异教学形式,就会有新的认识。下面从数学课堂教学的角度来谈谈想法和做法。数学课堂教学最能集中、充分地反映出数学教师的整体素质。我们通过数学课堂教学看教学者的数学素养、教育理论素质、心理品质、人格感染力、组织教材能力、呈现教材能力、语言表达能力、选用恰当的数学方法和教学手段的能力等多方面的素质。对于学生而言,主要是通过课堂学习数学知识,学习获取数学知识的方法,增强自己对数学的兴趣,培养对数学的情感。在新课程的意义下,我们要以学生的个体差异为主开展课堂
