我院用COAP联合化疗方案治疗慢性粒细胞白血病5例,取得了满意效果,现简要报告如下。 材料和方法 5例慢粒病人均为慢性期,男4例,女1例。3例为初治病例,2例为复发病例。其中1例并发中枢神经系统白血病,并曾服用过马利兰但未缓解;年龄最大者58岁,最小者20岁。治疗前病程1～6个月不等。COAP方案 环磷酰胺400～800mg/m~2·每周;阿糖胞苷100～200mg/m~2·每日;长春新硷1mg/m~2·每周;强的松60mg/11日,7天为1疗程.根据化疗前的白细胞总数及治疗后下降情况,结合临床查体可缩短或延长间歇期,缓解后按原方案巩固治疗。
In our hospital with COAP combined chemotherapy in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia in 5 cases, and achieved satisfactory results, are summarized as follows. COAP program cyclophosphamide 400 ~ 800mg / m ~ 2 · weekly; cytarabine 100 ~ 200mg / m ~ 2 · day; vincristine 1mg / m ~ 2 · weekly; prednisone 60mg / , 7 days for a course of treatment.According to the total number of pre-chemotherapy leukocytes and decreased after treatment, combined with clinical examination can be shortened or extended intermission, remission according to the original plan to consolidate the treatment.
