对来源于离子束介导的水稻转基因植株第 7代的 8个株系及原受体品种和两个对照水稻品种的穗颈节下第一节间维管束数量和光合速率进行比较研究。结果表明转基因株系的维管束数量比原受体品种和一个对照品种较多 ,且光合效率也较高 ,而且转基因株系维管束外围的薄壁细胞无论在数量上还是在形态上都比对照品种既多又大 ,所有这些都表明转基因株系不仅明显地区别于原受体品种而且优于原受体品种和对照品种 ,同时也暗示 C4 植物玉米的全套DNA转入 C3植物水稻是切实可行的
The number of vascular bundles and photosynthetic rate of the first internode under panicle neck section were compared among eight lines derived from ion beam-mediated transgenic rice plants of the seventh generation, the original recipient and two control rice cultivars.
