一、培养集成电路设计人才面临的问题近年来,随着专用集成电路(ASIC,Application Specific Integrated Circuit)尤其是片上系统(SOC,System on Chip)技术的迅速发展,ASIC及SOC芯片具有巨大市场空间。我国IC(Integrated Circuit)设计人才短缺,仅靠微电子类专业培养IC设计人才己远远不能满足需求。非微电子的电子信息类专业如何面对挑战,如何开展相关内容的教学,使学生初步掌握ASIC及SOC芯片设计的基本理论和方法,值得我们认真思考。
I. Problems Facing IC Designers In recent years, with the rapid development of application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and system on chips (SoCs) in particular, ASICs and SOC chips have a huge market space . China’s IC (Integrated Circuit) design talent shortage, relying solely on microelectronics training IC design talent has been far unable to meet the demand. How to deal with the challenges of non-microelectronic electronic information specialty, how to carry out the teaching of related content and enable students to master the basic theories and methods of ASIC and SOC chip design, deserve our serious consideration.
