复制犬急性心肌梗塞模型8只,分别进行MRI增强前后扫描,并与病理对照研究。结果提示:平扫T2W心梗区信号强度明显增高。增强后T1WI早期心梗区不均匀增强,以周围区强化明显,中央区呈相对低信号。随增强时间延长,中央区信号强度渐高,30min后与周围区融合成片状。TTC心肌染色梗塞灶大小形态与MRI表现相同。心肌含水量测定证实梗塞心肌含水量较正常心肌含水量显著增高。病理结果表明梗塞中央区与周围区具有不同的病理学特征
Eight dogs with acute myocardial infarction were replicated and scanned before and after MRI enhancement respectively and compared with pathology. The results suggest that: plain T2W myocardial infarction area signal intensity was significantly higher. In the early stage of T1WI, the myocardial infarction area was enhanced non-uniformly in the early stage, with obvious enhancement in the surrounding area and a relatively low signal in the central area. With the extension of the extension of time, the signal intensity in the central area gradually increased, and the surrounding area merged into a sheet after 30 minutes. TTC myocardial infarction lesions size and shape the same MRI performance.
