本文用FDTD方法分析了不同加热介质下脊波导加热器的电场强度、损耗功率密度的空间分布及反射情况,为脊波导加热器的优化设计提供了有力依据。
In this paper, the FDTD method is used to analyze the electric field strength, the spatial distribution and reflection of the power density of the ridge waveguide heater under different heating media, which provides a strong basis for the optimal design of the ridge waveguide heater.
