刺梨原产贵州,果实维生素C含量很高,可生食、宜加工,具有很高的营养价值。刺梨在泰安地区表现较抗冻,在一般情况下能安全越冬;耐干旱,对土壤适应性强;生长结果正常,栽植第二年结果株率达90%,亩产256.5公斤。果实营养成分维生素C、胡萝卜素、含糖量均明显超过原产地。初步加工试验表明,刺梨维生素C保存率可达90%以上,成品果汁维生素C含量390.32毫克/100毫升,为高维生素C饮料。泰安地区是刺梨栽培适宜区,建议适当发展。
