目的检测外周静脉血以及精浆中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHd G)的水平,探讨不同术式输精管结扎术术后对象体内氧化损伤情况。方法用8-OHd G酶联免疫试剂盒两组不同术式输精管结扎术术后对象外周静脉血以及精浆中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷的水平,然后进行统计学分析。结果经腹股沟的输精管高位结扎术术后对象外周静脉血以及精浆中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷的水平均低于经阴囊的传统输精管低位结扎术术后对象(P<0.05),两组不同术式术后对象精浆中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷的水平低于外周静脉血中的水平(P<0.05)。结论从降低输精管结扎术术后对象可能存在的DNA氧化损伤,建议手术入路宜选择在较高位置。
Objective To detect the level of 8-OHdG in peripheral venous blood and seminal plasma and to explore the oxidative damage in vivo after vasectomy with different surgical procedures. Methods The levels of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine in peripheral venous blood and seminal plasma were measured by 8-OHd G ELISA kit after vasectomy. Results The levels of peripheral venous blood and 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine in the seminal plasma were significantly lower than those in the transvaginal vas deferens (P <0.05) after high ligation of the vas deferens, respectively Postoperatively, the level of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine in the seminal plasma was lower than that in peripheral venous blood (P <0.05). Conclusions To reduce the potential oxidative DNA damage after vasectomy, it is suggested that surgical approach should be chosen at a higher level.
