以从全国收集的12种茯苓菌株为试材,开展栽培试验,比较不同菌株在罗田种植的菌核产量,并测定多糖含量衡量其内在品质,为筛选适合道地产区罗田栽培的茯苓菌株。结果表明:罗田当地菌株LT菌核产量为每窖1.35kg,多糖含量为76.22%,综合表现良好。尽管菌株靖州28和YN 2项指标均优于LT,但栽培试验中二者均不同程度的出现空窖现象。因此,菌株LT依旧是罗田产区栽培的首选菌株,但通过有效的引种驯化,靖州28和YN有望培育成适宜罗田产区栽培的优良菌株。
The 12 strains of Poria cocos collected from the whole country were used as materials to carry out cultivation experiments to compare the production of sclerotia of different strains in Luotian and to measure the content of polysaccharides to measure their intrinsic quality. . The results showed that the yield of Bacillus subtilis LT strain was 1.35 kg per pod and the content of polysaccharide was 76.22%. The comprehensive performance was good. Although the strain Jing-28 and YN 2 indicators were better than the LT, but the cultivation test both showed different degrees of empty pit phenomenon. Therefore, the strain LT is still the preferred strain for cultivation in the Luotian producing area. However, through effective introduction and domestication, Jingzhou 28 and YN are expected to develop fine strains suitable for cultivation in the Luotian producing area.
