为探讨茄子内源激素与雄性不育、单性结实之间的关系,以具有单性结实能力的茄子雄性不育系‘506’,不具有单性结实能力的不育系‘509’与其保持系‘510’为试材,采用间接酶联免疫检测技术分析花前2d至花后6d子房中内源激素的含量与比值变化。结果表明:不育系IAA和ZR含量均低于保持系,而ABA含量则高于保持系,但以上3种激素均为单性结实系‘506’大于非单性结实系‘509’;ABA/IAA+ZR+GA比值变化显示不育系浮动较大,单性结实系变化最为剧烈。因此认为,子房发育中内源激素的比例失调、IAA与ZR含量的降低、ABA含量的升高可能引起雄性不育,而IAA、GA和ABA含量的升高则与单性结实的发生有关。
In order to explore the relationship between endogenous hormones and male sterility and parthenocarpic in eggplant, the male sterile line ’506’ with the ability of parthenocarpy and the ’509’ Department of ’510’ as the test material, using indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analysis of 2d to 6d after anthesis ovary endogenous hormones content and ratio changes. The results showed that the contents of IAA and ZR in sterile lines were lower than those in maintainer lines, but the content of ABA in maintainer lines was higher than that in maintainer lines. However, the above three hormones were all more ’506’ than in non-parthenocarpic lines ’509’. ABA / IAA + ZR + GA ratio showed that the male sterile lines fluctuated greatly, and the changes of the parthenocarpic lines were the most violent. Therefore, it is suggested that the proportion of endogenous hormones in ovary development is imbalanced, the content of IAA and ZR is decreased, and the increase of ABA content may cause male sterility, but the increase of IAA, GA and ABA content is related to the occurrence of unisexuality .
