低氧微环境是实体肿瘤共有的一个重要特征,影响着肿瘤的进展和预后。缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1)在实体肿瘤中呈普遍高表达,肿瘤细胞在HIF-1的转录调控下适应低氧环境。HIF-1通过激活靶基因使其在肿瘤发展、侵袭和转移中发挥着重要作用,导致肿瘤常规治疗预后较差。因此,研究HIF-1与肿瘤之间的关系显得尤为重要。现就HIF-1的概况、靶基因及其与肿瘤血管生成、能量代谢、侵袭转移、生存增生和凋亡关系予以综述。
Hypoxic microenvironment is a common feature of solid tumors, affecting tumor progression and prognosis. Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF-1) is generally highly expressed in solid tumors, and the tumor cells adapt to hypoxia under the transcriptional regulation of HIF-1. HIF-1 plays an important role in tumor development, invasion and metastasis by activating target genes, resulting in poor prognosis of conventional treatment of tumors. Therefore, the study of HIF-1 and the relationship between the tumor is particularly important. The current situation of HIF-1, target genes and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis, energy metabolism, invasion and metastasis, proliferation and apoptosis are reviewed.
