本文使用159份HLA分型血清对居住在新疆的哈萨克族105名人群进行鉴定。获得抗原HLA-A13型,HLA-B20型,HLA-C3型。鉴定结果表明哈萨克族人群中HLA抗原A1,A3,B7,B8等基因频率明显高于汉族;而A11,AW19,B15,B40,BW46等基因频率显著地低于汉族。HLA抗原B15,B18,B37,B40等基因频率哈萨克族高于维吾尔族;而A1,A1l9,B5,BW35,BW46等基因频率又低于维吾尔族。值得注意的是在B位点上的空白基因频率高达0.2085,提示在哈萨克族人中可能存在一些未被检出的新的HLA抗原,有待于今后进一步研究。
In this paper, 159 HLA-typed sera were used to identify 105 Kazak people living in Xinjiang. The HLA-A13, HLA-B20 and HLA-C3 antigens were obtained. The results showed that the frequencies of HLA antigens A1, A3, B7 and B8 in Kazak population were significantly higher than those in Han nationality. The frequencies of A11, AW19, B15, B40 and BW46 were significantly lower than those in Han nationality. The gene frequencies of HLA antigens such as B15, B18, B37 and B40 were higher in Kazak than Uyghur, while the frequencies of A1, A1l9, B5, BW35 and BW46 were lower than those in Uighur. It is noteworthy that the frequency of the blank gene at position B is as high as 0.2085, suggesting that there may be some undetected new HLA antigens in Kazak, which needs further study.
