21世纪以来,随着经济改革的不断深入,市场经济理念渗透到社会各行各业,企业组织形式也日趋成熟。然而近年来,完善我国企业组织形式,成为今世的一个紧要命题。企业的组织形态是法律所确认的企业组织形式,根据市场经济的要求,以财产组织和担当在法律上的责任表现为标准,国际上把企业的组织形式一般分为独资企业、合伙企业和公司企业三种形式。笔者认为在当前的经济社会形势下,我国的企业组织形式在某些方面还存在亟待完善的地方,在分析基础上提出我国企业组织形式的完善设想。 Since the 21st century, with the continuous deepening of economic reform, the concept of market economy has permeated all walks of life in society and the form of business organizations has also become increasingly mature.
