可控硅中频感应加热技术具有体积小、重量轻、能耗低、加热质量高、无环境污染、劳动强度轻、操作简便、维修方便等优点。目前广泛应用于锻造透热、金属熔炼、热处理、焊接、弯管等领域。这种静止变频的基本原理是:通过三相全控整流桥将工频电源变为电压无级可调的直流电源,再通过直流电抗器这个中间环节获得平滑的直流电压,最后通过快速可控硅构成的四个逆变桥臂,在LC并联谐振负载上得到单相中频电流。金属工件置于交变磁场的感应线圈内产生感应电流,从而使工件发热升温。
