At present, the small number of AIDS testing in China and the difficulty of the detected people in tracking the treatment have become the major problems in the formulation and implementation of AIDS policies in our country. At present, the main problem of detection is that the pertinence is not strong, and the targeted testing lacks the scale. A draft HIV testing and counseling guide offered voluntarily by medical staff from medical institutions released jointly by WHO and UNAIDS provides an operational guide to routineize HIV testing. The implementation of routine tests in our country can increase the number of AIDS patients who are actually mastered and have a more adequate basis for formulating policies. It also enables all people to face AIDS on an equal footing, which helps to increase people’s knowledge about AIDS and reduce people’s awareness of AIDS Discrimination. However, there are still many problems with routine testing, and further implementation is still needed.
