有效性教学理论是20世纪极具代表性的教学理论,但目前国内的理论研究缺乏系统性,特别是从尖子生培养的角度对有效性教学的探讨更是难以寻觅,作为我校物理奥林匹克物理竞赛辅导教师,我们深刻地感受到了对尖子生的教学更加要注重教学的有效性、教师职业的专业性。为此,结合竞赛辅导工作的实践,我们开展了高中物理竞赛辅导中有效性教学反思的研究尝试,应学校号召把阶段性反思成果形成文章以便总结。一、千教万教教人学真观念是改革的先导,不同的教育理念,会带来不同的教学设计,取得不同的学习效果。教师的教育理念决定着教师的行为,教师教育理念的转变
Effective teaching theory is a very representative teaching theory in the 20th century. However, the current theoretical research in China lacks systematicness. In particular, it is hard to find effective teaching from the perspective of top-notch students’ cultivation.
