李属果树过氧化物同工酶酶谱的研究

采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板凝胶电泳,分析了22个李品种幼叶和枝皮的POD同工酶酶谱特征,综合两种器官同工酶酶谱差异,通过模糊聚类分析,结果表明,供试品种可分为中国李、美洲李、欧洲李3个类群和水李子一个特殊类型,且中国李与美洲李亲缘关系较近,与欧洲李亲缘关系较远。水李子与欧洲李亲缘关系较近,与中国李、美洲李亲缘关系很远。 Polyacrylamide vertical plate gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the POD isoenzyme characteristics of young leaves and shoots of 22 cultivars. By means of fuzzy cluster analysis, the results showed that The cultivars can be divided into three special groups: Chinese plum, American plum, European plum and plum, and Chinese plum is closely related to American plum and has a close relationship with European plum. Water plum and European plum close relatives, and China Li, American Lee far relationship.
