我国央行重启并不断深化利率市场化改革,2013年7月,全面放开金融机构贷款利率管制,取消贷款利率下限。商业银行的竞争压力短期内迅速扩大,风险定价能力受到进一步考验,银行面临存款成本上升、息差收窄压力;同时给银行带来了重大的发展机遇和挑战,银行需要适应竞争、转型跨越,走可持续发展之路。本文基于利率市场化重启一年来,存贷款市场的形势变化、主要银行应对措施及成效,提出利率市场化进一步深化的趋势中,商业银行在经营管理机制、业务拓展与创新、利率风险管理、资产负债管理、流动性管理等方面的应对建议及策略。
