由于建筑行业的特点,国有建筑企业改制也有着自己的特点。在改制的进程中,如何做好职工的思想政治工作,促使改制的顺利进行并保持企业的发展呢?本文结合南宁市政工程有限公司改制的实践,从三个方面阐述:一是妥善处理劳动关系,保证企业的稳定;二是合理进行股权设置,引导职工明确股东和职工的关系,使企业适应市场的发展;三是结合实际,塑造新型企业文化,为改制后的企业发展提供思想基础。
Due to the characteristics of the construction industry, the restructuring of state-owned construction enterprises also has its own characteristics. In the process of restructuring, how to do the ideological and political work of the staff and promote the smooth progress of the reform and to keep the development of the enterprise? In this paper, with the practice of the reform of Nanning Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd., it elaborates in three aspects: First, properly handle the labor relations So as to ensure the stability of the enterprise. The second is to set the equity right rationally and guide the staff and workers to clarify the relationship between the shareholders and the staff so that the enterprises can adapt themselves to the development of the market. Thirdly, in combination with the actual conditions, a new type of corporate culture should be shaped to provide the ideological basis for the post-restructuring enterprise development.
