考察了NaY 分子筛晶粒变小对其稳定性能及催化剂活性的影响。NaY 分子筛晶粒适当变小,可提高催化剂活性,但当NaY 分子筛晶粒小于400 nm 时,则会降低催化剂活性。选定合适的小晶粒(543 nm ) NaY 分子筛制成催化剂,经固定流化床评价表明,可使催化剂的转化率和轻质油收率分别提高1.74个百分点和2.27 个百分点,总液体收率增加1.94 个百分点,焦炭产率略降低。
The effects of smaller grains of NaY zeolite on its stability and catalyst activity were investigated. NaY molecular sieve grain appropriate smaller, can improve the catalyst activity, but when the NaY zeolite crystal grain is less than 400 nm, it will reduce the catalyst activity. Appropriate small grains (543 nm) NaY zeolite were selected as catalysts. The results of fixed fluidized bed evaluation showed that the catalyst conversion and light oil yield increased by 1.74 percentage points and 2.27 percentage points respectively , The total liquid yield increased 1.94 percentage points, slightly lower coke yield.
