目前,职业学校的职业道德教育,普遍存在学生兴奋点不高,教师授课乏力,教学质量不高,教学效果缺乏有效性等问题。学生对生产、对企业、对社会和经济发展的认知程度低下,缺乏职业精神和综合素质,学生就业后难以适应企业需求。由于相当数最的学生毕业后直接进入就业市场,这就要求我们认真探索目前职业学校职业道德教育模式,积极引进和借助优秀企业文化,突破原来的教育理念,完善教学内容,改革教学方法,提升和丰富职业道德教育的内涵,提供给学生更具前瞻性、更直观的教学服务。
At present, vocational education in vocational schools generally has problems such as low student excitement, weak teachers’ teaching, poor teaching quality and lack of effectiveness of teaching. Students in production, the enterprise, social and economic development of the low level of awareness, the lack of professionalism and overall quality, students find it difficult to adapt to business needs.
