目的探讨气管CT三维重建对特殊气管支气管异物的诊断价值以及Hopkins内镜在异物取出术中的作用。方法对怀疑误吸特殊异物的20例气管异物患者术前行气管CT三维重建协助诊断,术中在Hopkins内镜监视下取出异物。结果支气管镜检查中发现20例患者的异物所在位置与CT三维重建结果完全吻合,并且均顺利取出异物。结论气管CT三维重建有助于特殊气管支气管异物的诊断,而Hopkins内镜的应用使得异物取出术更加精确、安全。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional reconstruction of tracheal CT in the diagnosis of special tracheobronchial foreign bodies and the role of Hopkins endoscopic surgery in the removal of foreign bodies. Methods Twenty cases of tracheal foreign body suspected to be aspirated with special foreign bodies were assisted by three-dimensional reconstruction of tracheal CT before operation. During operation, foreign bodies were removed under Hopkins endoscopy. Results Bronchoscopy revealed that the location of the foreign body in 20 patients was completely consistent with the three-dimensional CT reconstruction results, and the foreign body was removed smoothly. Conclusion Three-dimensional tracheal CT reconstruction is helpful for the diagnosis of special tracheobronchial foreign bodies, and the application of Hopkins endoscopy makes the removal of foreign bodies more accurate and safe.
