本文通过对窄间隙埋弧焊(N-SAW)、窄间隙熔化极气体保护焊(N-GMAW)、窄间隙钨极氩弧焊(N-TIG)三种常见窄间隙焊接方法对比,并结合N-TIG在核岛主管道焊接施工中成功运用的经验及常规岛工程特点,认为N-TIG适于在核电常规岛中推广。相比传统氩电联合焊,NTIG在成本控制、进度控制、质量控制等方面具有巨大优势。此外,本文还主要阐述了设备选型、坡口设计等N-TIG工艺在核电常规岛推广中需注意的问题,并介绍了更有效的焊前预热设备改造技术、坡口间隙过大TIG+窄间隙钨极氩弧焊(N-TIG)技术及焊接变形控制技术等焊接质量保证措施。
In this paper, three kinds of common narrow gap welding methods such as narrow gap submerged arc welding (N-SAW), narrow gap fusion gas arc welding (N-GMAW) and narrow gap TIG welding N-TIG’s successful application in the welding of nuclear island main pipelines and the characteristics of conventional island projects, N-TIG is considered suitable for generalization on the nuclear power island. Compared with traditional argon arc welding, NTIG has great advantages in terms of cost control, schedule control and quality control. In addition, this article also describes the equipment selection, groove design and other N-TIG technology in nuclear conventional island promotion should pay attention to, and introduced a more effective pre-welding equipment transformation technology, groove gap is too large TIG + Narrow gap TIG (N-TIG) technology and welding deformation control welding quality assurance measures.
