目前国内大多数电厂真空系统的检漏普遍采用灌水法。该方法只能在停机时实施,故直接影响发电量,且有一定局限性,测试精度也不高,而采用德国莱宝公司的氦质谱检漏仪进行检漏,可以完全避免上述缺点。在机组正常运行中即可进行机组真空系统的全方位测试,且简便易行,安全快捷,莱宝公司曾于1993年11月在沙角 A 电厂#4机组(300MW)
At present, the majority of domestic power plant vacuum system leak detection generally adopts irrigation method. This method can only be implemented at the time of shutdown, so it directly affects the amount of power generation, and has certain limitations, and the test accuracy is not high. However, the use of germanium-mass spectrometer leak detector from Leybold GmbH of Germany can completely avoid the above shortcomings. In the normal operation of the unit, the full-scale testing of the unit’s vacuum system can be performed, and it is simple, safe, and fast. The Leybold company used to be #4 unit (300MW) at the Shajiao A power plant in November 1993.
