新世纪以来,质量文化已被公认为企业获得成功的关键要素,塑造良好质量文化能使组织更好地服务于顾客和其他相关方,从而为所有相关方创造更大的价值,质量文化已成为质量管理不可或缺的重要组成部分。质量文化建设主要目的就是通过提升企业全体员工的质量意识,塑造员工质量行为,从而构建企业质量经营环境,促进企业走卓越质量经营道路。为了引导更多企业建立符合自身实际的企业质量文化,促进先进质量技术和方法在企业的有效运用,中国质量协会决定于2014年4月在广东省广州市举办第七期“全国企业质量文化建设”研修班。此次研修活动由中国质量协会主办,广东省质量协会协办。具体研修工作安排如下:
